Background on these swaps:

Tyre was a very knowledge and talented person, who was very helpful until a few years ago.
People had trouble getting their parts through Tyre and Tyre was full of excuses.  He sold all of his Citations
and bought a BMW, but started a similar pattern among that crowd.  This is a brief description of the his criminal
activities, but beware dealing with him.  It is a real shame what he has become: a petty crook.
